At Marsupial Gear, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of outdoor wear or damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
